SynNotch T cells drive customized therapeutic responses for cancer and other diseases. SynNotch T cells can be engineered to sense tumor antigens and locally deliver biologics such as antibodies, and can thus be used as a smart platform for local delivery of diverse therapeutic payloads capable of remodeling microenvironments.
